Given his background with Rory himself, he doesn't think he should be worthy of the place he was meant to take after finihing university. His father gave the place to Liam after Rory faked his death to escape the fake allegations surrounding his old name.With Liam there are other targets such as: Sofia Feir Moser, Joel Giger and Noah Sutter.

He stalks his prey, appearing once in a while like an allucination. He likes to see them panic and on the look out for what might come next.His sick behavior includes torturing his victims and taking pictures that will be sold. Later on he will be able to film and sell the tape.
Arachnid
The large backpack is connected with thic long needdles to his lower back spine. This gives him control over the mechanical part with the extended nervous system connection installed inside it.He has implanted the needles himself and almost risked to never use his legs again. He's now limb and uses a cane to walk.
